Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager with a PMP certification and a strong background in leading complex immersive technology projects, web development initiatives, and interactive applications. The ideal candidate brings over 5 years of project management expertise, a deep understanding of industry best practices, and the leadership skills to drive successful project outcomes in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

 

What You Will Do:

  • Manage full project lifecycles across immersive tech, web portals, and interactive platforms—from initiation to delivery.
  • Develop detailed project plans, budgets, timelines, and resource allocations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (designers, developers, QA, and stakeholders) to define project requirements and deliverables.
  • Monitor progress, manage risks, and resolve project roadblocks proactively.
  • Communicate project updates, progress, and challenges effectively to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure adherence to scope, quality standards, and timelines throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Promote and implement continuous improvement and project management best practices across the team.


What We Are Looking For:

  • PMP certification (required).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business, or a related field (preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience managing immersive technology, interactive, or web-based projects.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead multiple, concurrent projects.
  • Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and team collaboration skills.
  • Proven success in working with cross-functional teams under tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
  • A results-driven mindset with strong attention to detail.
