Systems Analyst on the Business Systems Team, you will work closely with our Sales, Marketing, and Procurement teams to drive application design, test new feature releases, and develop application roadmaps. You will operate with a strong understanding of the business functions you support and the technology services that the Business Systems Team provides.
Roles and Responsibilities:
● Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize and align development efforts with the greatest value for the Boston Beer.
Work directly with stakeholders across corporate functions including Brand, Marketing, Sales, Custom Creative Services, Procurement, Business Analysis, Finance, and Operations to elicit and document requirements.
● Design and implement Information Technology solutions to support corporate functions, drive revenue, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction in support of Boston Beer Company's goals and objectives.
● Participate in continuous improvement efforts to enhance business processes, systems, and support for Boson Beer Company's systems.
Lead software development requirements and design activities including bug fixes, enhancements, and new functionality through all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
